We are looking to recruit an experienced Dynamics CRM Administrator / 3rd Line Dynamics CRM Engineer. You will act as the SME providing 2nd & 3rd line support to the users of Dynamics CRM. You will be responsible for the development of the implementation processes and delivery of Dynamics CRM upgrades.

To be a success in this role you will be an SME on the support and administration of Dynamics CRM. You will ideally have both on-premise and cloud experience administering and supporting Dynamics CRM. You will provide proactive support to ensure availability. Working with the architecture teams you will ensure that Dynamics CRM is effectively integrated with key business systems where it can deliver insight.

Experience of supporting Dynamics in a public sector environment such as Education, Health or Local Government whilst not essential would be an advantage. This is an opportunity to join an organisation with an excellent reputation as an employer who have a track record of investing in the support and development of their people. This is a hybrid role with 2 - 3 days per week in our client's office in Derbyshire.
