As a Data Centre Engineer, you’ll work alongside top-tier engineers, gaining hands-on experience with one of the most advanced data centre infrastructures in the world. You’ll sharpen your technical skills while learning directly from industry leaders.
There’s a clear progression path for you to move into senior or specialist positions within 18 months, backed by structured training and real project ownership. You’ll also get access to global technical certifications, all funded, to boost your long-term market value.
And because your expertise matters, you’ll be involved in shaping critical infrastructure decisions, giving you influence beyond just day-to-day fixes.
Have the flexibility to manage your time across a 24x7x365 shift pattern of 4 days on 4 days off, 4 nights on 4 nights off to fit around your life commitments.
What you\’ll do as a Data Centre Engineer
You\’ll support the day-to-day running of a high-performance data centre, including installations, maintenance, and decommissions. You’ll get involved in major infrastructure projects, giving you hands-on experience with power upgrades, relocations, and efficiency improvements.
Working closely with facilities providers, you’ll help maximise energy efficiency and reduce costs, while maintaining top-tier service standards. You’ll also manage changes, patching, and hardware configurations, building your expertise across the full data centre stack.
With exposure to governance, asset management, and service improvement projects, you’ll develop a well-rounded skill set that opens doors to senior technical or management roles.
