Eligo are representing a growing Electronic Fire & Security business seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the internal operational functions of the business and become the key office-based operational lead. Working closely alongside the Operations Director and central support team, this position will effectively operate as the internal "Number 2" within the business, responsible for ensuring the office, support functions, workflow and operational coordination run smoothly day-to-day. The Operations Director remains responsible for all field delivery, engineers and site operations.
This role focuses on leading the central support side of the business across operations, coordination, administration, workflow and commercial support functions.
