Contract Administrator – Office Based
Location: Bromsgrove, B60
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, 08:00 to 16:30 Mon to Friday.
We’re working with a growing maintenance services provider who is looking for a Contract Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team in Bromsgrove. This is a full-time, office-based position offering excellent long-term development potential.
About the Role:
As a Contract Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the end-to-end delivery of maintenance contracts. You’ll be the bridge between engineers, customers, subcontractors and internal teams – coordinating service calls, scheduling work, updating portals, and ensuring everything runs smoothly day-to-day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments and managing engineer diaries
- Triaging calls and allocating service jobs appropriately
- Updating clients, residents and systems with job progress
- Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Maintaining accurate records using Excel and bespoke databases

- Experienced Administator
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and electronic databases
- A team player with a proactive and positive approach
