This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong Apple and Jamf experience who enjoys combining technical problem-solving with excellent customer service and supporting the development of others. 💼 What You’ll Get Competitive salary and benefits A friendly, collaborative and informal working environment A central London W1 office location The opportunity to work in a predominantly macOS-focused environment Exposure to a broad range of modern workplace technologies The chance to take on increasing responsibility as your career develops⚙️ What You’ll Be Doing Provide high-quality, hands-on IT support to users across the business Act as a key point of escalation for more complex technical issues Support a predominantly macOS and Apple environment Administer and support Jamf Pro Manage MacBooks, iPhones and other Apple technology Support Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 Work with other technologies like Entra ID, Intune and endpoint management tools Support a smaller Windows environment where required Manage device provisioning, deployment, patching and lifecycle activities Support joiners, movers and leavers Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and user issues Maintain documentation and knowledge resources Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate repetitive tasks Provide technical guidance and mentoring to more junior team members Work closely with users and colleagues in a highly visible, office-based role🧠 What You Bring Strong commercial experience within IT support or end-user technology Excellent macOS / Apple support knowledge Hands-on experience with Jamf Pro Good knowledge of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 Experience with endpoint and device management Exposure to other technologies such as Intune and Entra ID The ability to support both Apple and Windows environments Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer-service skills Confidence taking ownership of complex and escalated issues A collaborative approach and willingness to share knowledge with others🌟 Bonus Points Experience in a media, creative or fast-paced environment Experience with automation or scripting Knowledge of AI tools or AI-driven approaches to IT support Apple or Jamf certifications Experience with video conferencing and workplace technology Exposure to endpoint security, networking or infrastructure troubleshooting Bash or Python scriptingThis is a great opportunity for an experienced macOS IT Support Engineer who wants to remain hands-on while taking on greater technical responsibility, becoming a trusted point of escalation and helping others develop.
