We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Project Administrator to support an influential global tech company’s high-profile security operations. This office-based role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 – £40,000, 25 days of holiday, and a company pension to boot! About the Role: As a Project Administrator, you’ll be a crucial part of the team coordinating the flow of operations for a top-tier technology company’s security infrastructure. While not a technical role, you’ll be on the front lines, managing service requests, tracking work orders, and making sure everything runs smoothly between the teams and vendors. If you’re organised, detail-oriented, and love a fast-paced environment, this is for you! What You’ll Be Doing: Service Coordination – Manage service tickets, schedule tasks, and ensure things are on track with a smile. Work Order & Warranty Management – Track orders, materials, and repairs while keeping warranty claims in check. Access Coordination – Work with the team to make sure access is arranged for engineers and technicians on-site. Stakeholder Communication – Be the go-to person for updates on service issues, project progress, and any escalations. Database Management – Keep records up to date and follow reporting processes like a pro. Process & Policy Adherence – Keep things running smoothly and in line with company and client policies. Vendor & Team Coordination – Act as the bridge between vendors, engineers, and service teams to ensure everything is seamless.What We’re Looking For: Experience in Administration – Previous project, service, or team coordination experience is a big plus. Highly Organised & Detail-Oriented – You thrive when you’ve got multiple tasks on the go and love keeping everything in order. Excellent Communication Skills – You’re a pro at keeping everyone in the loop – from internal teams to external vendors and senior stakeholders. Microsoft Office Skills – Excel, Word, and Outlook are your jam, and you’re comfortable managing databases. Process-Driven – You follow the rules, maintain accuracy, and keep things on track.
