We’re partnering with an innovative, sustainability-driven data centre operator expanding across Denmark. As Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of all site operations, ensuring maximum uptime, operational efficiency and compliance across electrical, mechanical and critical infrastructure systems. In plain terms: you’ll make sure everything runs safely, smoothly and sustainably, 24/7.
What You’ll Accomplish
- Lead daily operations of a Tier III / Tier IV data centre facility
- Drive 100% uptime performance and SLA delivery
- Manage engineering teams, shift supervisors and technicians
- Oversee preventative maintenance and asset lifecycle management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards
- Improve operational processes, energy efficiency and sustainability metrics
- Coordinate vendors, contractors and service partners
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience as an Operations Manager, Data Centre Operations Manager or Critical Facilities Manager
- Strong technical background in electrical, mechanical or building services engineering
- Knowledge of UPS systems, generators, cooling systems, HVAC and BMS
- Experience leading teams in mission-critical environments
- Understanding of CMMS, asset management and compliance frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills
