This is an end-to-end UX role where you’ll take ideas from initial discovery and user research through to polished, development-ready designs.
You’ll work across both web and mobile, collaborating closely with Product, Development and other UX professionals.
We’d ideally love to speak with someone who already has experience within i Gaming, sportsbook, casino or a similar fast-paced digital product environment.
However, we’re also open to strong UX Designers from outside the industry who can demonstrate relevant consumer product experience.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for
- Owning the UX process from discovery and research through to final design and delivery
- Designing user journeys across sportsbook and wider gaming products and brands
- Creating wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes and polished high-fidelity designs
- Using advanced Figma functionality to create sophisticated layouts, components, prototypes and scalable design solutions
- Conducting user interviews, surveys and usability testing to validate ideas and improve experiences
- Translating user insight, analytics and business requirements into intuitive digital experiences
- Working closely with Product Managers, Developers and UX colleagues to take features through to launch
- Using data, analytics and user feedback to continually improve designs
- Contributing to established design systems and ensuring consistency across multiple products and brands
- Presenting designs and clearly explaining the thinking behind your decisions
- Balancing user needs with commercial objectives and technical requirements
What We're Looking For
You’ll have over 3 years' experience within UX Design, Product Design or a similar role, alongside a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work.
Strong Figma skills are essential for this role.
We're looking for someone genuinely comfortable using Figma beyond the basics, including advanced layouts, components, variants, prototyping and design system functionality.
- Strong visual and interaction design skills
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile experiences
- Good knowledge of UX principles, accessibility and usability
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Confidence using analytics and data to inform design decisions
- Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills
- The ability to work independently while collaborating within a wider product team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience within sportsbook, i Gaming or online casino would be highly desirable, particularly if you've worked on complex customer journeys within betting or gaming products.
- Experience with A/B testing would also be beneficial.
What's On Offer?
- Salary up to £50,000
- 10% performance bonus
- Hybrid working with 2 days per week in a central London office
- Opportunity to design across multiple established digital brands
- Exposure to sportsbook, gaming and potentially casino products
- International and collaborative working environment
- Strong work-life balance and a realistic approach to delivery
