We are looking for a Senior Conference Producer with 3+ years of experience in B2B Conference Production or an Association background with solid event experience.
Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of assigned events, leading on event vision, content strategy and end-to-end delivery timelines.
- Identifying, recruiting, and building relationships with speakers through research and networking to achieve target requirements.
- Act as primary decision‑maker on content direction, format and speaker selection.
- Research important industry topics and keep up to date with industry trends to ensure content is relevant to the audience.
- Produce B2B Confex’s and summits globally across several B2B sectors.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of B2B Conference Production experience.
- Experience in an Association or commercial event background.
Compensation: 55,000E plus a 5,000E bonus dependent on performance.
