Location: London

Salary: Circa £26,000 to £28,000 (dependent upon experience)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (1-hour lunch break)

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our London-based technical support team. This role is vital in ensuring we deliver excellent service to our clients and provide seamless coordination within the team.

The Role

  • You will be the first point of contact for many client enquiries, responsible for managing inbound communications, coordinating workloads and diaries, onboarding new clients, and liaising with suppliers.
  • Over time, you’ll also develop the skills to provide basic technical support, helping our team deliver the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage inbound client enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate technical support requests and assist with scheduling site visits
  • Respond to new business enquiries and coordinate responses with the technical team
  • Support onboarding of new clients and maintain excellent client relationships
  • Identify opportunities to improve client support processes
  • General office administration and maintaining a professional office environment

Skills & Experience Required

Essential:

  • Experience working on Apple/Mac systems
  • Previous experience coordinating and supporting team workloads
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong planning skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently

Desirable:

  • Higher education qualification
  • Experience within an IT or technical support environment
