We are looking to recruit an experienced business analyst for a broad role which will include working with key stakeholders within the business to address business challenges. You will document As Is and define To Be processes that will result in improved performance. You will help to produce the business case and identify the solutions that will help to drive the business forward.

This will be a broad business analyst remit, including the identification of off-the-shelf solutions, working with software vendors to source and implement core business applications. You will also produce detailed specifications for bespoke developments, working closely with the in-house development team. There will also be occasions where you can identify a process improvement that will address a business challenge.

What we are looking for is an accomplished business analyst who enjoys a varied workload with which they can add real value to the business. Ideally, you will have experience working within a business sector that is subject to substantial regulation such as Banking, Insurance, Pensions, and Telecoms.

This is a hybrid role that will require you to work at our client's office in West Yorkshire 2 days per week.
