We are looking for a Lead Electrical Engineer in Warsaw to help us design the sustainable, high-reliability infrastructure of tomorrow.
The Impact You’ll Make
- Lead Complex Work Packages: Manage and deliver end-to-end electrical designs (LV, MV, and HV) for high-stakes data centre projects.
- Innovate for Security: Design inventive systems for power redundancy, UPS, fire protection, and access control to ensure zero downtime.
- Own the Lifecycle: From writing technical specifications and tender evaluations to representing the firm during Factory Acceptance Tests and site commissioning.
- Drive Excellence: Optimise internal processes and mentor the wider team by sharing your deep field expertise.
What You Bring
- Technical Expertise: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a valid license to design.
- Proven Track Record: At least 5 years of experience in electrical design / installation, including complex calculations like short circuit studies and LPS risk assessments.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You are proactive, result-oriented, and comfortable navigating the fast-paced construction industry.
- Communication: Fluency in both Polish and English is essential for collaborating with our global stakeholders.
