We’re supporting a fast-growing, sustainability-driven data centre developer expanding across Finland. This is your opportunity to lead complex data centre construction and infrastructure projects, helping deliver high-performance facilities designed to significantly reduce carbon impact.
As Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of project delivery, from design coordination through construction, commissioning and handover. In simple terms: you’ll turn innovative engineering plans into fully operational, future-ready data centres.
What You’ll Accomplish
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Centre construction projects
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risk and quality control
- Coordinate consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers
- Oversee electrical and mechanical installations (UPS, generators, HVAC, cooling systems)
- Ensure health & safety and regulatory compliance on site
- Support commissioning and operational readiness
- Drive projects that prioritise sustainability and energy efficiency
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience as a Project Manager, Data Centre Project Manager or Construction Project Manager
- Strong understanding of mission-critical environments and MEP systems
- Background in data centre, industrial, commercial or infrastructure projects
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and contractors
- Knowledge of project controls, cost management and risk mitigation
- Relevant qualification in engineering, construction management or similar
