As Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of all site operations, ensuring maximum uptime, operational efficiency and compliance across electrical, mechanical and critical infrastructure systems. In plain terms: you’ll make sure everything runs safely, smoothly and sustainably, 24/7.

What You’ll Accomplish

  • Lead daily operations of a Tier III / Tier IV data centre facility
  • Drive 100% uptime performance and SLA delivery
  • Manage engineering teams, shift supervisors and technicians
  • Oversee preventative maintenance and asset lifecycle management
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards
  • Improve operational processes, energy efficiency and sustainability metrics
  • Coordinate vendors, contractors and service partners

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience as an Operations Manager, Data Centre Operations Manager or Critical Facilities Manager
  • Strong technical background in electrical, mechanical or building services engineering
  • Knowledge of UPS systems, generators, cooling systems, HVAC and BMS
  • Experience leading teams in mission-critical environments
  • Understanding of CMMS, asset management and compliance frameworks
  • Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills
