This is a predominantly office-based technical position, providing expert support to installers, engineers and customers by telephone and email. You do not need to already work in Technical Support. We are equally interested in experienced field-based engineers, including those from the Fire sector, who are go-to technical experts, providing practical advice and support across a range of products and applications.
Responsibilities include:
