We’re working with a growing maintenance services provider who is looking for a Contract Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team in Bromsgrove. This is a full-time, office-based position offering excellent long-term development potential.

About the Role:

As a Contract Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the end-to-end delivery of maintenance contracts. You’ll be the bridge between engineers, customers, subcontractors and internal teams - coordinating service calls, scheduling work, updating portals, and ensuring everything runs smoothly day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling appointments and managing engineer diaries
  • Triaging calls and allocating service jobs appropriately
  • Updating clients, residents and systems with job progress
  • Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Maintaining accurate records using Excel and bespoke databases
