We are seeking a Senior Commissioning Manager to oversee the critical transition from construction to live operations on major hyperscale campuses.
The Role: Excellence in Execution
- You will be the technical lead for all commissioning activities (Level 1–5), ensuring that complex MEP systems are fully integrated and operationally resilient.
- Integrated Systems Testing (IST): Lead Level 4 and Level 5 testing for high-density GPU clusters, liquid cooling systems, and massive-scale power redundancy.
- Sustainability Leadership: Oversee the commissioning of district heating integration and heat-recovery systems, a hallmark of Swedish data centre design.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure all systems align with international standards such as EN 50600 and ISO/IEC 22237, as well as local Swedish safety regulations.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and site-based verification with global equipment partners.
What You Bring
- Technical Authority: A degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, plus 7+ years of experience in commissioning mission-critical environments.
- Specialist Expertise: Deep knowledge of UPS systems, MV/HV switchgear, and high-performance cooling architectures.
- Commissioning Credentials: Previous experience leading L4/L5 commissioning on hyperscale or 20MW+ projects is essential.
- Communication: Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Swedish is a significant advantage for collaborating with local contractors.
