  • Champion performance, reliability, security, and observability across the platform.
  • Influence technology decisions and long-term platform evolution.

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

  • Significant experience in a Principal, Staff, Lead, or Senior Software Engineering role.
  • Strong commercial experience with Go (Golang).
  • Experience building and scaling distributed SaaS platforms.
  • Strong cloud experience, ideally with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Experience working within AdTech, MarTech, Performance Marketing, or Digital Advertising environments.
  • Hands-on experience integrating with advertising platforms and APIs.

Advertising Platform Experience

We're particularly interested in candidates with experience of:

  • Google Ads (highly desirable)
  • Microsoft Advertising / Bing Ads (highly desirable)
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
  • TikTok Ads
  • Other paid media and programmatic advertising platforms

Additional Skills

  • Experience with React and modern frontend development.
  • Event-driven and microservices architectures.
  • Data-intensive systems and analytics platforms.
  • CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and modern engineering practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management and technical communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience within eCommerce technology platforms.
  • Exposure to customer acquisition, attribution, campaign optimisation, or marketing analytics products.
  • Experience operating at hyper-growth scale.
  • Previous involvement in platform modernisation or large-scale technical transformation initiatives.

Why Join?

  • Join a genuine high-growth SaaS success story.
  • Work on technically challenging products at significant scale.
  • Influence business-critical architecture and technology decisions.
  • Collaborative, engineering-led culture.
  • Competitive salary, bonus, and equity opportunity.
  • Flexible hybrid working in the West Midlands.
