We are looking for a commercially driven Procurement & Supply Chain professional to take ownership of purchasing across a growing, multi-site business. This is a high-impact, hands-on role with a clear mandate: bring structure, control and consistency to procurement while improving supplier performance, stock management and overall operational efficiency.
This is a multi-site role requiring regular travel between 2 locations, so candidates must be based within a practical commuting distance of both Wimborne and High Wycombe, ideally within the corridor spanning areas such as Basingstoke, Newbury, Winchester and Andover etc.
The Role:
- You will take full responsibility for day-to-day purchasing while driving a transition from a reactive approach to a proactive, well-structured procurement function.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and managing all purchasing activity across the business
- Building stronger supplier relationships and improving performance
- Leading commercial negotiations to drive cost control and value
- Implementing structured procurement processes and best practices
- Improving stock planning, availability and inventory control
- Driving ERP system improvements, ensuring purchasing data and processes are accurate, embedded and actively used
- Supporting system implementation at one site and optimisation at another
- Bringing discipline, visibility and long-term planning into the supply chain

About You:

- Experience with ERP systems and process improvement is highly desirable
