We’re working with a highly respected consultancy delivering some of the most complex mission-critical projects across the UK and Europe. They’re looking for an Associate Electrical Engineer to help lead project delivery, support team growth, and play a key role in developing client relationships within the Data Centre sector.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll lead the electrical design and delivery of major Data Centre and mission-critical projects, acting as both a technical lead and trusted client contact. Alongside project delivery, you’ll help mentor engineers within the team and contribute towards design reviews, project strategy, and resource planning.
Depending on the business, the role can offer a stronger technical pathway, people leadership focus, or a balance of both.
Key requirements
- Strong background within electrical building services design
- Previous Data Centre or mission-critical project experience is essential
- Experience leading projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Comfortable managing client relationships and attending design meetings
- Strong understanding of UK and/or international standards
- Experience with design software such as Revit, Amtech, Dialux and AutoCAD
- Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or similar
- Chartered Engineer status or working towards Chartership preferred
