Eligentis is seeking a Process Scale-up Lead in Oxford to drive the scale-up of their Direct Lithium Extraction technology from lab to field deployment. You will own the process architecture, build a pilot system, and generate data to underpin commercial deployment. This role requires leadership across engineering, chemistry, and commercial delivery, and involves international travel to deploy pilots and work with customers and partners.
