Elif Castle St is seeking waiting staff to join our team. As a crucial part of our front-of-house team, you will ensure that our guests receive excellent customer service. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at multitasking, and enjoys creating memorable dining moments for every guest.
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests.
- Look after your section and take food and drink orders.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service staff about special requests, dietary requirements and allergies.
- Adhere to and follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Learn our F&B menus and be able to communicate and recommend items to guests.
- Use EPOS systems and take payments.
