Job Scope

Working closely with the store director, this role contributes to the smooth daily run of the stock room and Omnichannel operation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide an efficient service to all sales associates including but not limited to preparation of products, advising on stock availability.
  • Participate to the delivery of products and ensure that received goods match with the quantities indicated on the packing list and ensure the good conditions of products and follow up on discrepancies if any.
  • Ensure that all products are boxed, labeled, and properly stored in the stockroom.
  • Ensure that all stock zones are clearly marked and tidy.
  • Support the introduction and maintenance of auto-replenishment to ensure sufficient availability of products on the shop floor.
  • Perform stocks transfers between stores when needed.
  • Perform rotative and full inventories counts in the boutique and the storage within pre-set deadlines.
  • Perform the proper follow up with the shipping carriers on all deliveries.
  • Open and check the content of deliveries and perform the proper receiving process.
  • Handle the process of consignment for VIP clients and PR agencies along with the proper follow ups.
  • Open and close the boutique by following the related procedures.
  • Assist in special projects and events (Bridal Trunk shows, VIP events and appointments, etc.)

Position Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management

Experience

At least 5 years of relevant experience in the high-end retail fashion industry;
