Job Scope: The Bridal Associate will sustain and grow the ELIE SAAB Bridal sales while acting as the brand’s retail ambassador and immersing customers into the Bridal world of ELIE SAAB.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Guarantee sales of collection and achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.
Report daily recap of sales and activity.
Host appointments with brides and ensure a thorough sales process.
Manage sales and fittings on the ES Bridal Appointment Calendar.
Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner ensuring all questions are answered and appointments are booked accordingly.
Cross sell by linking Bridal sales to our RTW collections for the bride and her bridal party.
Ensure the ELIE SAAB Head Office Bridal Merchandising guidelines are represented correctly in the boutique.
Ensure proper stocking of all Bridal material such as hangers, packaging, and stationery.
Follow the ELIIE SAAB Order Policy & Procedure in coordination with the Head Office.
Notify the Boutique Manager of payment transactions and ensure proper processing.
Efficiently track orders and follow up as needed.
Provide accurate local market and production feedback to management as needed.
Periodically propose to the management a seasonal networking strategy targeting local marketing partners (Hotels, Concierge, Jewelry Brands, Wedding Planners etc.) to collaborate with, build brand awareness and bring customers to the store.
Planning and organizing ELIE SAAB trunk shows in alignment with the Retail Department head and other identified stakeholders.
Perform other job duties as assigned by the management
Position Requirements
Education Background: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Six to eight years of experience in the high‐end retail fashion industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills
High focus on customer care
Highly intuitive and instinctively aware of customer’s needs
Emotionally intelligent and able to adjust approach depending on the situation at hand.
Team player focused on a larger team mission.
