Are you a collaborative leader, experienced in education with the ambition to support people with learning difficulties and disabilities? We are looking for a dynamic Director of Provision who is capable of shaping and delivering a new role in a glorious rural location.
This job is for an effective communicator who will work closely with colleagues on the Leadership Team to direct a large team that includes highly skilled educators, work area leaders, and therapists. The new Director of Provision role will have oversight of our specialist further education college, Coleg Elidyr, our community residency programme, Inclusive Lives, which offers long-term living and work-related activities, and our therapy team.
Your role will be based at our exceptional 180-acre site in Rhandirmwyn near Llandovery in Carmarthenshire. You will be responsible for managing an education team who secured an exceptional Estyn inspection report in 2025, with no specific recommendations for improvement and four ‘spotlight areas’ for outstanding aspects of provision, which sets it apart from all other specialist FE colleges in Wales. You will play a key role in creating life-changing and transformative opportunities for our learners and residents, to enable them to lead full, independent lives and contribute to their communities.
