Our houses are noisy, friendly, sociable spaces where residents, staff and volunteers eat and socialise together. You’ll become a friendly, familiar face to the people you work with, leading by example and helping them to complete practical day -to -day tasks.<\/span><\/span><\/p>You will be patient and consistent in your approach. We offer full training and personality is more important than experience.
