Can you lead and develop our sector-leading education provision? This role offers a unique opportunity. Coleg Elidyr received an exceptional Estyn inspection report in 2025, with no specific recommendations for improvement, setting it apart from all other specialist FE colleges in Wales. Could you lead the education team and continue to develop the exceptional high standards we offer? We want someone who can deliver a clear strategic vision for education aligned with the charity’s mission, values and objectives, while ensuring high-quality, person-centered teaching and learning.
The charity will consider all reasonable requests for flexible working.
Permanent role - £40,423 to £44,863 per annum
Monday - Friday (8.45am - 4.45pm)
Term time only (48.2 weeks per year)
