Are you the kind of person that likes to get stuck into an activity? Are you good at explaining things and encouraging others to take part? We’ve got a great role that is perfect for people that like to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in.

You’ll be accompanying residents as they go about their daily activities. This could be anything from soap-making, woodwork or card-making to planting or gardening. There are lots of craft-based enterprise projects on our site and you might be in our craft workshops or outside.

You’ll be guided by Work Area Leads because developing learning is a key part of this job. This is a weekday role, so perfect for anyone that needs a regular work pattern without weekend or evening shifts.

Permanent role, £18,584 – £20,625 per annum, 28 hours per week.

Monday & Tuesday: 9.30am – 3pm

Wednesday/Thursday & Friday: 9.30am – 4.00pm (30 minute unpaid lunch break)

Closing deadline: 5pm Friday 1 May 2026
