We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer to enhance and support client Power Apps platforms. The role involves developing Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and APIs to integrate Dynamics 365, Power BI, and third-party systems. You will work directly with clients and solution architects to address complex business challenges while ensuring solutions align with corporate and technology strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and translate them into actionable technical requirements. Deliver solutions that effectively address client needs.
- Power Platform Development: Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power Apps solutions aligned with corporate objectives.
- API & Integration: Build secure, scalable APIs to integrate Dynamics 365, Power BI, and other platforms.
- Power Automate: Develop workflows to improve automation and operational efficiency.
- Dynamics 365 Customization: Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications to meet client needs.
- Data Integration & Security: Implement secure, efficient data flows while ensuring compliance and data integrity. Work closely with solution architects to ensure alignment with broader strategies.

- Client-Focused Development: Proven ability to work directly with clients to deliver tailored solutions.
- Microsoft Dynamics & Power Platform Expertise: 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development.
- Technical Proficiency: Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform (canvas and model-driven apps). Power Automate workflows and Dataverse customization. Advanced Power BI skills for creating client-focused visualizations.
- Agile & DevOps: Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines).
