We’re building a next-generation AI-driven operational-intelligence platform that goes beyond dashboards. Our sector-trained Neural Core micro-agents will use live signals, domain logic, and LLM-based reasoning to detect misalignment across people, systems, and strategic outcomes and trigger automated resolution before issues escalate. Backed by UK, a consultancy specialising in digital transformation assurance and Enterprise Architecture, Visionix Predict is attracting early traction from leaders in government, finance, and infrastructure.
Current Roadmap
- A first-gen agent orchestration layer, powered by GPT-class LLMs
- A RAG-based intelligence framework using vector DBs (e.g. Pinecone, Weaviate)
- Secure, multi-tenant infrastructure with full audit traceability
- Lightweight dashboards for signal visibility and governance workflows
Later phases will scale across sectors and geographies, enabling live assurance across operations, strategy, and regulatory performance.
The Role
This is a founding engineering position. You will co-architect and build the platform alongside our CAIO (who owns AI logic and micro-agent design). You will take ownership of the stack, delivery, and manage both internal and external engineers as the build progresses.
What You’ll Do
- Deploy LLMs and build RAG pipelines (LangChain, Haystack, Hugging Face)
- Design backend services (Python/Go), frontend (React.js/Next.js), APIs (REST/GraphQL)
- Implement RBAC, logging, and AI performance monitoring
- Lead internal engineers and manage third-party delivery partners
You Bring
- Experience building secure, compliant SaaS platforms
- Ability to lead small internal teams and oversee external developers
- Bonus: background in govtech, fintech, healthtech, or regulated AI
Compensation
Equity-Only until funding closes (Pre-Seed Actively Raising). This role is equity-only during the fundraising phase, with a structured vesting model and meaningful upside tied to delivery and funding milestones.
- Equity: 0.75% - 1.5%
- Vesting: 4 years, 1-year cliff
- Milestone accelerators: tied to MVPs, pilots, and funding
Status: Credited as a founding team member, shaping the platform, delivery, and technical culture.
