About the Role:
Our technology client is seeking a skilled AI Engineer to design and implement advanced AI solutions for their core platform. You will work on cutting-edge projects that leverage Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to solve complex, real-world challenges. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimise ML and NLP algorithms for tasks such as sentiment analysis, text summarisation, and predictive modelling.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, APIs, and AI architectures to support production-ready solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI models into existing systems, ensuring seamless performance and scalability.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and domain experts, to identify and implement tailored AI solutions.
- Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and refine models to improve performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and incorporate innovative techniques into projects.
What We're Looking For:
- Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Hands-on experience with NLP frameworks such as Hugging Face or spaCy.
- Strong understanding of data handling, including SQL, NoSQL, and building data processing pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
- Bonus: Experience in production AI/ML environments and publications in AI research.
