Manpower are currently seeking an interim Supply Planner to work with our global FMCG client, Elida Beauty, renowned for brands such as TIGI, VO5, Toni & Guy, and Brylcreem, and become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.
The position can be based either in Holborn, London or Liverpool City Centre, depending on your preference. This is a full-time temporary role for 12 months, requiring 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to £46,500 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience.
The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.

As a Supply Planner, you will play a pivotal role in the Demand Supply Reconciliation (DSR) process, ensuring optimal capacity allocation and stock availability across a global organisation. This role offers opportunities to work on strategic supply chain initiatives and cross-functional projects as Elida Beauty continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution
- Execute end-to-end Supply Planning strategy to align with business objectives.
- Convert constrained Finished Goods (FG) forecasts into actionable supply and capacity plans.
- Lead Demand Supply Reconciliation (DSR), sourcing, and capacity planning to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Focus on long-term capacity planning, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Drive operational excellence, proactively managing supply risks and challenges.
- Ensure exceptional customer service through on-time, in-full (OTIF) order fulfilment.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Own and monitor capacity, stock, and waste reporting, driving continuous improvement in service levels.
- Collaborate with the Planning Control Tower team on planning activities and strategic projects.
Partnership & Collaboration
- Work closely with Demand Planning, Customer Development (CD), and Marketing to integrate key marketing and trade initiatives into supply plans.
- Partner with 3rd-party manufacturers (3PM) and procurement to optimize inventory levels while maintaining target stock levels.
- Contribute to sourcing projects and network optimization.
- Manage repack and co-pack activities, ensuring seamless execution with key suppliers.
Process & Technology Management
- Enhance process efficiency and support technology transformation initiatives.
- Develop new analytics tools and drive automation in supply planning.
- Own and maintain all relevant master data for supply planning operations.
Talent Development & Leadership
- Support talent growth and succession planning, ensuring the organization is equipped for long-term success.
- Represent Elida Beauty Limited internally and externally with key stakeholders and industry bodies.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional global teams with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL, Power BI, or Demantra is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent oral and written communication.
- Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines, and work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Adaptability in a lean, agile organization, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management (or a related field), preferred but not essential.
