Manpower are currently seeking an interim Executive Team Assistant to work with our global FMCG client, Elida Beauty, renowned for brands such as TIGI, VO5, Toni & Guy, and Brylcreem, and become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.
The position is based in Holborn, London.
This is a full-time temporary role to last until the end of December 2026, requiring 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to £50,000 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience.
The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.
Reporting to the President and General Manager Europe & ROW, the Executive/Team Assistant supports them and the other Leadership Team members based in London.
This role encompasses a wide range of duties, combining high-level executive assistance, team support, and office management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the complex schedules of the CEO and SLT members, ensuring smooth communication and prioritization of meetings and events.
- Travel Management: Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transfers, and itineraries, ensuring all logistics are seamless.
- Stakeholder
Visits: Organize and coordinate visits from key stakeholders, including scheduling meetings, preparing necessary materials, arranging logistics, and ensuring the CEO and SLT are fully prepared for their engagements.
- General
- Administrative
Support: Provide support to the broader London-based team (50 people), including coordinating meetings, arranging internal events, and handling ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Office
Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the London office ensuring a tidy, efficient, and welcoming environment.
Handle office supplies, equipment, and inventory management.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with our office provider Labs (e. g., catering, cleaning, maintenance) to ensure the smooth running of office services and facilities.
- Visitor Coordination: Manage office visitor logistics, including guest arrivals, meeting room bookings, and catering needs.
- Ad-hoc Support: Assist with any other administrative tasks such as Purchase Orders, or office management duties as required by leadership or team members.
- Key Requirements
- Proven experience in an executive assistant, team assistant for senior leadership, or office management role within a fast-paced environment (ideally FMCG)
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and exercise discretion and confidentiality.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a focus on problem-solving and teamwork.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to change in a dynamic environment.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a diverse range of people.
- Attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with travel arrangements, event coordination, and managing office supplies and vendor relationships is a plus.
