Your Role & Responsibilities

Elida Beauty is looking for an entrepreneurial, data-driven eCommerce Manager to manage our Amazon UK & EU business day to day and elevate our digital presence across major eRetailers.

Reporting to the Head of Amazon Europe, you will support commercial strategy, digital shelf excellence, retail media, agency management, and operational performance—playing a critical role in driving sustainable, profitable growth.

Manage & grow Amazon UK/EU

• Develop strategy, performance, and expansion for Amazon across UK and European markets
• Manage day-to-day commercial delivery, forecasting, promotions, and retail relationships
• Oversee agency partners to ensure best-in-class execution

Drive excellence across other key eRetailers

• Manage content, PDP optimisation, imagery, A+ content, and brand stores
• Lead retail media planning and optimisation across retailer ad platforms

Account management of key marketplace distributors

• Partner closely to unlock growth opportunities

Lead launches & operations

• Own NPD launch process end-to-end, ensuring flawless execution
• Partner with Supply Chain to maintain healthy stock levels

Be a cross-functional leader

• Collaborate with Brand, Sales, Strategy & Ops, Finance, and broader teams
• Bring an entrepreneurial mindset—spot opportunities, test ideas, and scale impact fast

Your Attributes

• 5+ years’ hands‑on eCommerce experience (Amazon essential)
• Strong eCommerce and digital retail experience
• Willingness to learn and develop yourself
• Deep understanding of retail media & digital shelf optimisation
• Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen
• True self‑starter with entrepreneurial spirit
• Proven success leading agencies and external partners
• Bonus: Second European language
