Manpower are currently seeking an interim Demand Planner to work with our global FMCG client, Elida Beauty, renowned for brands such as TIGI, VO5, and Toni. The role focuses on the development and continuous improvement of processes and technology transformation of new tools and ERP systems.

Required Skills:

  • Fluent in English
  • Strong planning knowledge and background with understanding of financial and business acumen
  • Experience working with statistical forecasting
  • Operational experience of planning systems such as Kinaxis
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, ideally cross-country
  • Ability to understand the big picture while also being comfortable with details and managing daily operations
  • Independent, self-starter, with the ability to discover opportunities and grow the business

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • FMCG background a MUST
  • Prior experience in supply chain or manufacturing environment
  • Strong experience within demand planning is preferable
