The purpose of the role is to assist the Key Account Manager in various administrative tasks to implement strategy by per selected customer.

  • Administrative expert with sales operational excellence.
  • Accurate trade promotional management.
  • Accurate pricing management.
  • Basic understanding of a customer P&L and the variables which can impact performance.
  • Manage customer operations striving for accuracy and ‘right first time’ mindset.
  • Assist the Key Account Manager in the development of account plans for selected customers.
  • Tracking/measuring the success of growth initiatives (launches and promotions/activations).
  • Monitor and provide insight on sales performance by customer.
  • Online monitoring and improvements to retailer sites.
  • Ensure promotions are loaded accurately into systems with associated uplifts reflected in volume forecasts.
  • Scope to directly manage smaller accounts within the Grocery channel.

Stakeholder Management and key interfaces:

  • Sales Director
  • Key Account Manager (Line Manager)
  • Brand Managers

At least 1 year of working experience in Sales or Managing customers (retail or supplier side).

Experience processing complex data and using trade promotion systems.

Excellent relationship building skills.

E commerce/Digital experience.

Experience in Beauty & Personal Care Industry / working with BPC brands.

Degree level education, preferably in business/sales and marketing.

Relationship building skills.

Synthesis of data and insight.

Intermediate ability with MS Excel.

Language Requirements: English.
