About the Role

The Consumer Execution Lead develops and executes consumer-facing initiatives to enhance healthcare experiences across patient journeys. This role involves partnering with brand teams and cross-functional partners to embed a consumer mindset throughout the organization.

  • Develop annual marketing plans and budgets for assigned brands.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Digital, Sales, Medical Affairs, Legal) and external partners (Agencies, Vendors) to create multi-channel campaigns (print, digital, email, social media, video).
  • Oversee creative development, production of collateral, videos, websites, and ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery.
  • Work with Medical Affairs to develop scientific content suitable for various audiences.
  • Manage new asset launches, including planning, implementation, communication, training, and evaluation.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Identify opportunities to increase patient access through advocacy.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate standards and FDA regulations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, professional organizations, and advocacy groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communication: Effectively convey complex ideas and strategies to diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively across functions to implement new processes and embed the consumer voice organization-wide.
  • Technology: Stay updated on emerging marketing technologies and trends to enhance educational efforts.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel educational campaigns.
  • Data Analysis: Use analytics to measure campaign performance and inform improvements.
  • Budgeting: Manage budgets to maximize ROI and consumer impact.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs, report on campaign effectiveness, and provide insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in consumer marketing, preferably DTC, with agency management experience.
  • Strong strategic, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels, technologies, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects in fast-paced settings.
  • Results-driven with a focus on measurable outcomes.
