Description du poste:

Dans le cadre de votre formation, vous travaillerez en collaboration avec votre tuteur sur les différentes tâches administratives et sur les activités nécessaires à la bonne organisation de votre équipe. Vous pourriez ainsi être amené(e) à :

  • Prendre des appels
  • GĂ©rer des agendas (Organiser les staffs d’équipe)
  • Planifier les Ă©ventuels dĂ©placements de l’équipe
  • Organiser les Ă©vĂ©nements internes et rĂ©unions nĂ©cessaires au travail de l’équipe
  • GĂ©rer le matĂ©riel promotionnel (CrĂ©ation des fiches articles dans ECAT, commandes de matĂ©riel, impression, suivi des stocks …)
  • GĂ©rer le matĂ©riel promotionnel pour les Ă©vènements types congrès
  • Faire des bons de commande avec un suivi budgĂ©taire, assister aux rĂ©unions budgĂ©taires et relancer les fournisseurs si nĂ©cessaire
  • Effectuer des tâches administratives (messages Ă©lectroniques, mailing, classement)
  • RĂ©aliser des comptes rendus
  • Support Ă  l’archivage des documents

Profil recherché:

Vous préparez un BTS Support à l’Action Managériale et vous recherchez une alternance sur 2 ans ou vous préparer une Licence en Gestion et vous recherchez un contrat d’1 an. Vous disposez de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles, et savez également vous servir d’outils informatiques tels que Word, Excel, Power Point ou encore Outlook. Une bonne connaissance de l’anglais est un plus. Autonome, organisé(e) et doté(e) d’un bon relationnel, votre volonté d’apprendre et votre capacité à vous intégrer dans une équipe seront également vos principaux atouts pour réussir vos missions. La rigueur est une valeur essentielle et indispensable.
