Elgin seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure and renewable energy projects as Client/Employer’s Representative. You will coordinate finance, legal, engineering, procurement, construction and operations inputs across the delivery lifecycle from late development through handover to Asset Management.
You will manage lender relations, due diligence, drawdowns and reporting, ensuring governance alignment and clear decision outputs for investors and SPV boards.
