Elgin is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead and grow the Project Engineering function for utility-scale solar PV and BESS projects in the UK.
You will divide time 50/50 between people management and hands-on engineering across the full project lifecycle, from development through energisation.
You will set technical standards, mentor engineers, and liaise with development, commercial, grid, legal, and operations teams to ensure value delivery and investment readiness.
