Job summary
Elgin White is seeking experienced Charles River consultants and Wealth Management professionals to support a number of large-scale client engagements across North America, the United Kingdom, and India. We are currently hiring for both Technical Implementation Specialists (TIS) and Business Analysis / Project Management professionals with strong investment management domain expertise.

Technical Implementation Specialist (TIS)
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- Consulting & Client Engagement Skills – Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively while managing stakeholder expectations in fast-paced environments.
- Technical Expertise – Proficiency in Java or C#, XML/XSLT, and database technologies, particularly Microsoft SQL Server.
- Integration Experience – Hands-on experience working with APIs, web services, ETL tools (such as Kettle or Talend), and messaging technologies including MQ and Kafka.
- Charles River IMS / OMS Experience – Previous involvement in Charles River IMS (CRIMS) or OMS implementations, with exposure to trading workflows and investment management operations.
- Batch Processing & Scheduling – Experience with scheduling and batch-processing tools such as Tidal, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and dependency management.
Business Analyst / Project Management (Investment Management)
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- Functional Charles River IMS / OMS Expertise – Experience working with Charles River IMS or equivalent Order Management Systems.
- Investment Management Domain Knowledge – Strong understanding of the trading lifecycle, portfolio management processes, and investment management workflows.
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis – Proven ability to engage stakeholders, capture business requirements, and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
- Compliance Rule Configuration – Experience configuring, validating, and testing compliance rules and associated business logic.
- Privileging & Security Administration – Knowledge of user access management, role-based entitlements, and security configuration within CRIMS.
- Testing & Validation – Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), workflow validation, and end-to-end business process testing.
