Elgin White has proven experience in managing and resourcing projects within a niche market of vendor applications, spanning all major front, middle and back‑office platforms as well as data, reporting, and regulatory packages. We have decades of experience working with leading financial services technology companies including SimCorp, Charles River Development, BlackRock (Aladdin), Bloomberg, Eagle Investment Systems, InvestmentCloud, Temenos, and Snowflake.

Elgin White is seeking experienced Charles River consultants and Wealth Management professionals to support a number of large‑scale client engagements across North America, the United Kingdom, and India. We are currently hiring for both Technical Implementation Specialists (TIS) and Business Analysis / Project Management professionals with strong investment management domain expertise.

  • Technical Implementation Specialist (TIS)

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • Consulting & Client Engagement Skills – Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively while managing stakeholder expectations in fast‑paced environments.
  • Technical Expertise – Proficiency in Java or C#, XML/XSLT, and database technologies, particularly Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Integration Experience – Hands‑on experience working with APIs, web services, ETL tools (such as Kettle or Talend), and messaging technologies including MQ and Kafka.
  • Charles River IMS / OMS Experience – Previous involvement in Charles River IMS (CRIMS) or OMS implementations, with exposure to trading workflows and investment management operations.
  • Batch Processing & Scheduling – Experience with scheduling and batch‑processing tools such as Tidal, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and dependency management.
  • Business Analyst / Project Management (Investment Management)

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • Functional Charles River IMS / OMS Expertise – Experience working with Charles River IMS or equivalent Order Management Systems.
  • Investment Management Domain Knowledge – Strong understanding of the trading lifecycle, portfolio management processes, and investment management workflows.
  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis – Proven ability to engage stakeholders, capture business requirements, and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
  • Compliance Rule Configuration – Experience configuring, validating, and testing compliance rules and associated business logic.
  • Privileging & Security Administration – Knowledge of user access management, role‑based entitlements, and security configuration within CRIMS.
  • Testing & Validation – Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), workflow validation, and end‑to‑end business process testing.
