Large £2 million value project in London requires an SMSTS Project Manager who can deliver a Fire Alarm, VA, Aspirating, and Damper project for an office redevelopment. The role offers a lovely team and support, is flexible, and is permanent with 14 months on the project, with other projects available afterwards for this fire detection specialist installer.

Requirements:

  • Fire alarm systems projects managed before (VA, Dampers, Aspirating systems experience a bonus)
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) course already completed
  • Commutable to London by car or train
  • Managed large fire installation projects over £700k (as this is £2m and onsite)
  • Commercial or office refit type experience preferred, or large similar
