Our client, a respected Fire & Security organisation, is seeking a supportive and organised Service Manager to lead their CCTV, door entry and Fire Alarm engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who values people, quality, and long-term stability and who can lead the coordinators and 5 service PPM engineers, who mostly work on Residential High Rise & communal properties.
Responsibilities – Service Manager (Fire & Security maintenance)
- Day to day management of Fire and Security service engineers
- Ensuring compliance and high quality workmanship of engineers
- Coordinating service schedules and customer communication
- Encouraging a positive team culture through existing coordinators
- Manage and lead admin and coordinators to support and plan PPM's
