Service Sales - Birmingham - WARM leads and open area! If you’ve sold Fire, Security, Washroom, Stationary, etc. to B2B customers, this could be the right role for you!
Salary: £30-35k + £15-20k OTE
Benefits:
- Leads to follow and survey/close - selling Fire Risk Assessments (FRA), Fire and security service contracts
- Home based with travel to customers

- 10% gross commission (UNCAPPED)

Role: For Service sales/Sales Engineer/Surveyor or Core commercial sales person/B2B sales
Follow up leads for extinguisher, CCTV, intruder alarm, Fire risk assessments, and close them to complete the sales process. Use your existing experience in Fire Alarm or Fire & Security or selling services and repeat orders to meet customers, give quotes, and follow up until the sale is completed.
You will have an open area, all leads given, and can follow them up to earn commission on sales and generate your own leads when out and about.

- You have Fire Alarm or Fire & Security sales skills and are currently selling, been a surveyor, core commercial seller, system sales or similar, and know how to cost and close a sale in Fire Alarm/Risk assessments or service contract/service sales in fire and security.
- OR you are a Fire Alarm engineer or Fire & Security engineer looking to progress to a role off the tools and like to survey or sell.
- OPTIONALLY - if you have B2B experience selling cleaning, washroom, stationary, maintenance services, repeat orders or other B2B Service sales or Maintenance contract type agreements, we could also transition you into this role.
