In the coming financial year we are forecasting to grow by c.40% and we require a Recruitment Sourcer on a 5 month FTC to complement the existing Resourcing team to deliver against our hiring plan. Your activity will play an integral part in the future of the energy industry as Elexon sits at the heart of the UK wholesale electricity market, administering the Balancing and Settlement Code and coordinating flexibility markets for DSOs and the ESO. What you’ll do:
- Work closely with our two Resourcing Business Partners delivering on up to 50 requisitions at any given time, ranging from high volume to highly specialised vacancies.
- Proactively create talent pipelines against the identified roles within our hiring plan.
- Screen applications via our ATS (Teamtailor). You’ll be able to understand highly technical roles and identify transferable skills.
- Promote our opportunities internally (27% of our hires last year were internal moves).
- Create shortlists via these routes and support the Resourcing Business Partners with the delivery of an outstanding hiring manager and candidate experience.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience as a recruitment sourcer, finding candidates through multiple proactive and reactive routes. In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter is essential.
- Ability to manage multiple and varied requisitions and deliver qualified shortlists.
- A can-do approach to get things done during highly demanding times, whilst not compromising on accuracy or delivery.
- Experience of Teamtailor or similar ATS (i.e. Workable, Greenhouse, etc).
