Elexon is seeking a Customer Experience Designer (Grade 11) to join the Customer Experience team on a permanent basis. You will lead the design and continuous improvement of customer journeys and services, ensuring customer needs are at the heart of how Elexon delivers its products and services.
You will work across Operations, Product, Digital and Customer Support, using customer insight and data-driven decision making to create seamless experiences supporting the evolving electricity market.
