  • Own the day-to-day coordination, allocation, and oversight of BA work across strategic transformation initiatives and BAU change.
  • Provide structured assessment of system, policy, and legislative changes impacting EMRS, ensuring effective governance and delivery.
  • Guide product and delivery teams on implementation approaches, working closely with internal and external stakeholders including Ofgem, DESNZ, and National Grid.

  • Ensure effective resource allocation, workload visibility, and risk management across all change activity.
  • Support resolution of operational and delivery issues, including root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
  • Lead, develop, and performance manage the EMR Change Team, building capability and engagement.
  • Produce and oversee high-quality governance reporting and stakeholder communications.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience leading Business Analysis or change delivery in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong track record of bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous or unstructured workloads.
  • Experience working across both Agile/product-led delivery and BAU/reactive change environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously in a regulated environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on leadership style with a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset.
  • Experience developing and supporting teams with varied capability levels.

  • Knowledge of GB electricity settlements or wider energy market frameworks.
  • Experience in digital transformation and legacy modernisation.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
  • Experience in multi-party, regulated environments.
  • Tools such as JIRA, UML, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience across Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.

What’s in it for you:

  • Salary – £75,000.
