We have two exciting opportunities for Service Analysts (Grade 9) to join our Settlement & Insight team on a 24-month fixed-term contract. These roles offer a fantastic chance to contribute to meaningful work that supports data-driven decision-making and service improvement across the organisation.

Team Overview:

The Settlement and Insight (S&I) team is responsible for Settlement, invoicing, and related processes, as well as the development and updates of the S&I product to meet strategic, industry, and customer needs. We handle customer inquiries across key products and solutions, leveraging customer feedback to enhance these products through process and technology improvements.

Job Purpose:

The Service Analyst supports the operational delivery of services to customers, ensuring services meet business rules and performance standards. The role focuses on customer support, continuous service improvement, and effective knowledge management to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice, support, guidance, and training to customers.
  • Develop SME knowledge in relevant products and codes.
  • Research and understand rules via BSC and subsidiary documents.
  • Offer SME advice on products.
  • Follow operational processes, procedures, and obligations accurately.
  • Monitor data, assess risks, and identify issues promptly.
  • Advise colleagues and managers on operational issues.
  • Identify root causes of issues and support resolutions.
  • Develop skills in data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
  • Present analysis, reports, and recommendations to panels and committees.
  • Coordinate data validation and maintenance.
  • Support service change initiatives.
  • Build positive relationships internally and externally.
  • Maintain a customer-oriented approach in all activities.
  • Keep customers informed of industry developments.
  • Review and improve processes and procedures.
  • Drive continuous service improvement.
  • Document processes and update knowledge management content.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
