We’re Elevo – a purpose-led company on a mission to create healthier, more human workplaces. We work with global clients across mental health, wellbeing and inclusion. Our work spans everything from strategy and consultancy to team experiences, training and coaching.

We’re now looking for a brilliant PR & Social Media Manager to support Elevo and our Founder, Harry, to help elevate his personal brand, grow his new podcast, and land relevant speaking opportunities as we scale the business to the next level.

Harry is in a pivotal phase of his founder journey. He’s launching a new podcast, Question The Default, with some exciting guests already lined up. He is growing his profile as a speaker – especially in the areas of mental health, modern masculinity, and the future of work. And he’s expanding Elevo’s reach and visibility across the UK and internationally alongside the rest of the Elevo team.

You’ll be right at the heart of it - helping us shape, share and amplify Harry’s voice and Elevo’s mission across PR, podcasts, speaking, and social.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • PR & Visibility for Harry & Elevo
  • Sourcing and securing media coverage, spotting angles as they hit the headlines, and finding ways to get Harry and Elevo seen, heard, and talked about in all the right places.
  • Hunt down and secure relevant speaking gigs - from headline conferences to intimate panels - where Harry’s voice can cut through and spark real impact.
  • Build genuine relationships with journalists, producers and event organisers.
  • Collaborate with Elevo’s Brand and Content Manager to maximise reach and visibility from interviews, features, and events.
  • Podcast Production & Guest Management
    • Scout and lock in brilliant, timely guests for the Question The Default podcast.
    • Spot trends and emerging themes in the news and culture that align with Harry’s mission, and feed these into podcast planning and guest sourcing.
    • Craft smart briefing packs and help shape powerful conversations.
  • Social Media & Community Management
    • Managing social ads and scaling reach/engagement across channels with the support of our Brand and Content Manager.
    • Manage Harry’s personal social media channels (especially LinkedIn and Instagram) with creative support from Elevo’s Brand & Content Manager.
    • Engage actively with followers, communities and trends – increasing visibility and building connections.
    • Develop and upload website content for Harry’s website.
  • General Admin & Support
    • Manage incoming requests and messages across platforms.
    • Stay on top of deadlines, schedules and speaking calendars.
    • Be across what’s trending – from media stories to AI tools – and bring fresh energy and ideas.
    • Get stuck in, move fast, think big - and help build something that matters.

    Who We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for someone with a mix of PR experience, creative instinct, and digitally savvy. You’re proactive, curious, and excited by the idea of helping a purpose-led founder and his wider team grow something that genuinely matters.

    Who we’re looking for:

    • You bring a bold, creative vision for how Question The Default can grow – and you’re excited to help shape and scale the podcast.
    • You already have some press contacts, and you’re confident building new relationships with journalists, producers, and influential voices.
    • You’re all over what’s current – from news stories to cultural trends – and always spotting opportunities to tap into timely conversations.
    • You have a sharp instinct for what makes a compelling podcast guest, headline, or moment.
    • You feel comfortable in the world of mental health – and know how to speak with nuance, sensitivity and impact.
    • Experienced with AI tools and how to use them to scale content, spark ideas, and stay ahead of what’s trending.
    • Familiar with podcasting, personal branding, and media management.
    • Happy juggling guest sourcing, pitch writing for speaking opportunities, and press outreach all in one day.
    • Fluent in how LinkedIn, Instagram and other social media platforms work – you know what makes something land.
    • Comfortable in a start-up-style environment where speed, flexibility, and initiative matter.
    • Bonus if you have existing experience with podcasting.
    • Based within easy reach of London/Brighton, with flexibility to join in-person sessions, events or recordings (up to 2–3 days/week).

    What You’ll Get

    • Salary up to £30k - we’re also open to part-time and freelance.
    • 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
    • Hybrid working, with a supportive and high-trust team culture.
    • The chance to shape a fast-growing brand at a pivotal stage.
    • Working with a Founder and team with a powerful mission and unique voice.
    • The opportunity to work on bold topics and conversations that need to be heard.
    • A genuinely exciting mix of creative, strategic and operational work.
